|Recommended: YesParking is horrible — The property is clean except the dumpster area. Most of the residents don’t know how to turn on the compactor, thus causing an overflow of trash all around the dump area. Parking is horrible, I have a hard time finding a spot close to my building only to end up parking 2 buildings over.

We strive to keep our residents happy, therefore we will most definitely keep an eye out for any vehicles that are not following the rules stated in the lease and notify any offenders (vehicles will be tagged and/or towed off of the property). We will also inform residents, as they move in, on how to properly run the trash compactor so that everyone is able to properly utilize it to dispose of their trash. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to improve the upkeep of our community.

We have recently hired a tow service to assess the vehicles on a consistent basis so that we avoid having any vehicle violations onsite. |Recommended: YesWonderful — This is one of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in. All of the staff is so kind and are very quick to respond to concerns or maintenance requests. We have had an issue with a neighbor's dog that barks all day long but I rarely hear our neighbors other than that and the staff is working to reconcile that. This has been such an amazing place to live and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quiet, homey apartments.

|Recommended: YesA beautiful property, well kept with great pool, clubhouse and gym. Very quiet. — We have really enjoyed our time here. It is very quiet. The amenities are great a beautiful pool that is not crowded in the summer. The maintenance staff is phenomenal Repairs are done very quickly and with great customer service. Routine maintenance very organized. Office staff always responsive and polite.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I have only lived in Hunters' Ridge for just under a year but this has been a perfect fit for me. It has a luxury feel, but is affordable. The management is also one of the main reasons I wanted to move here. I came from a little bit less than professional management before and I appreciated how serious they take managing their property. Anything from the clubhouse, to landscaping, to timeliness on maintenance requests, to the staff members I feel like they keep a high expectation of themselves, which makes it a wonderful complex to live in as a resident. Really the only thing that been a little difficult was having a noisy neighbor when I first moved in. However, the staff listened to my concerns on that and addressed it, which I appreciated greatly. I'm planning on staying here until I buy a house.
