|Recommended: YesHome Sweet Home — I seriously feel like this is the best place we could have chosen to live. All of the staff is beyond friendly. Maintenance is always quick and fixes what is requested. All staff seems to genuinely care for residents. This place is well worth the price. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

It's a fulfilling feeling to get home and feel like home, property staff is always accessible, efficient and with a smile. Nearby bus stop and comfortable apartment. What I like the most is how residents are treated.

|Recommended: YesIt's very well kept and homey. — I enjoy the apartment overall. The location is great and it's very quiet. Also, the people are very friendly and helpful. One thing I don't really care for is that maintenance comes is whether you are home or not. It feels a little bit like an invasion of privacy, as I was home once and they came in after the second knock. Not too much of an issue but it is something to think about when moving in.
Hi Heather, Thank you for the review. We send emails for pest control and routine maintenance several times to ensure the residents receive notification. If you have a maintenance issue that has been submitted by the resident portal or by contacting the office please be sure to let us know or make a note on the request that you may be home. |Recommended: YesNicer than most apartments. — I feel safe living here. Well-constructed, spacious and modern apartments. Professional and helpful staff are always friendly and quickly respond to maintenance requests. Parking spaces are very narrow and can be hard to find late at night. You can hear neighbors walking around upstairs and when the front doors close. Barking dogs can easily be heard through the front door.

|Recommended: YesRare Luxury in a College Town — Great property The only one I found that was actually a LUXURY property without costing twice as much as everywhere else. It is the most bang for your buck, and the owner really put thought into the apartments with the crown molding, beautiful layout, and quality materials. HUGE FAN.

|Recommended: YesHunters' Ridge is a nice place to live but there are a few flaws — Hunters' Ridge is a nice place to live but do not expect to be able to park in front of your apartment and the water and energy bills vary greatly from month to month
Good Morning, Thank you for taking time to visit with me this morning about your concerns. We monitor the parking areas closely to ensure that all vehicles in the parking lot are in operating condition with current registration. The parking is open and I hop that your guests are able to find a parking space in front of your building next time they stop by. As we discussed, the first water bill you paid was for a half month and the most recent bill was for a full thirty days. This is why you seen a various in the cost over the last two months. Westar is the energy provider and it would be best to discuss energy usage with them. We don't provide utility usage cost as this is based on personal use. Thanks again for your positive feedback.
